Cleaning the Contex Wide Format Scanner
1. If you are getting streaks in your scans on the wide format scanner, it may need to be cleaned.
2. Open the access cover by pressing down on the tabs at either end of the access cover and lifting (it is a little awkward to do).
3. Use the supplied cleaning solution to clean the scanning glass, the supplies are located near the scanning computer. Note: You may also need to clean the rollers.
4. Carefully close the access cover, then restart both the scanner and the computer. To turn the scanner off hit the power button until the light next to it turns red. Turn it back on and then restart the computer.
