When you try to install additional weather files using the setup program, 
you'll get the error message "Cannot open file \Weather\groups.txt", then 
another error message "Cannot find weather file directory D:\Weather".

To install additional weather files, copy them from one of the following locations:

 C:\temp\WEATHER
 C:\temp\WEATHER\Ca_Zones
 C:\temp\WEATHER\Interntl
 
to the folder:

 C:\Program Files\Energy10v1_5\WEATHER 
 
(This assumes that you unpacked the archive to the default C:\temp folder, and
that you installed Energy-10 to the default C:\Program Files\Energy10v1_5 folder.)
